What is Qigong? Get the ultimate 
“consciousness by being the Light”!

Qigong is a training of treating Qi (energy). Mainly Qigong is to activate inactive energy by kneading the Qi inside of your body. With the activated energy, you can heal un-well people, apply it to martial arts, and adjust the balance of body and mind. Finally, the true goal for us is to obtain the ultimate truth, “Chu Shin (The Way, Tao)”, by striving to practice and let the energy in the body to channel into the energy of the universe.

Types of Qigong

Hard Qigong Evolved as martial arts. There are extremely-intense actions such as bending an iron stick with bare-hands or splitting the rocks with the head by fighting spirits associated with Hakkei (発勁).
Soft Qigong Evolved as medical purpose and curing. It is a gentle way of using Qi to cure by healing people or adjusting the balance of body and mind. It is especially called “External Qigong”, because it cures sick people and gives them treatments through Qi. On the other hand, it is called “Internal Qigong”, because the person undergoes personal transformation by adjusting the balance of mind and body and by activating Qi.

External Qigong By using a palm to adjust the vibration (wave motion) of a partner’s Qi, or giving the teletherapy by sending good vibrations to the partner who is far away from the practitioner.
Internal Qigong Connects us with ultimate truth (realization) through “Dou-In”, which leads Qi into the body and brings back health to the body; creates breathing which stabilizes mind; and stimulates the special method of kneading Qi which activates the energy inside body.

<The reason why you cannot feel Qi is that your mind and body are so rusty>

All materials of this world, including our lives, consists of Qi. Everything has a particular frequency of vibration. Humans are the same. Each of us consists of Qi and every individual is vibrating. When the frequency of vibration is less and rough, this is called “rusty”. Qi is an invisible thing so that it is said that Qi is “elusive” matter. But when your vibration changes to a high frequency, you’ll be able to recognize Qi definitely.

When your consciousness is settled in Chu Shin (Tanden), your own vibration also will become delicate and finer. Then your consciousness will expand.

FAQ <the difference between Qigong and Yoga>

The big difference is that Yoga has Indian origin and Qigong has a Chinese origin. Yoga is a practice which aims towards self-pursuit. It is also to adjust the balance of mind and body in the process of the self-pursuit. On the other hand, Qigong can bring out the power of Qi (dormant faculty) which we are born with. Additionally, Qigong can not only make you healthy, but it can also give healing to a partner as well as make him/her healthy.
